3. Save it to the My List if the group is still deciding.
4. Review current provider options and their country terms.
5. Open the chosen provider’s official Smart TV app.
6. Search the exact title and verify the same year before playback.

Smart TV browser use

A modern TV browser may display 123Movies, but remote typing, limited memory, old browser engines, and hidden address bars can make verification harder. Increase text size, use a paired keyboard if supported, and avoid entering provider credentials into a page whose full host cannot be inspected. The catalog does not require a special TV codec or unknown player download.

Chromecast

Picture and sound setup

Network preparation

If playback buffers, lower the provider quality once, test another title, and check the provider status before changing routers or DNS.

Privacy in a shared room

Full-screen mirroring can expose notifications, messages, and tabs. Enable Do Not Disturb and close sensitive applications. Sign out of provider accounts on shared or hotel televisions. The local My List belongs to the browser used for discovery and may not appear on the TV.
