These terms govern use of the 123Movies catalog, search, My List, guides, editorial material, and links to independent destinations.

The service

123Movies provides movie and television discovery information. Catalog data can contain errors or change. Provider routes are observations, not guarantees of availability, price, quality, subtitles, downloads, or continued access.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and without disrupting it, evading security controls, automating abusive requests, misrepresenting affiliation, or attempting unauthorized access. Do not use the name, artwork, or pages to deceive other users.

Accounts and providers

Core browsing does not require a 123Movies account. Any provider account, subscription, rental, purchase, cancellation, playback, or download is governed by that provider’s terms. Verify the destination before entering credentials.

Intellectual property and data

Third-party titles, artwork, trademarks, and data remain associated with their respective owners and sources. Original 123Movies interface and editorial material may not be copied or represented as another operator’s work except where applicable law permits.

Availability and changes

Routes, features, and catalog entries may be corrected, changed, or withdrawn. Production terms should add the actual operator identity, contact details, governing law, dispute process, and effective date before public launch.
